Shrimp Tank is provided as a tool for tracking and managing shrimp tanks and breeding data. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for how you use the service.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the system or other users' data.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to Shrimp Tank. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change or be updated at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shrimp Tank is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated or if necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
